Sam Reimi had a dream of making a Spider-man 4 with a budget which you could buy a small country for. Unfortunately for Sam he wont be able to make his dream come true after the last few films.
The reboot for the Spider-man franchise is in the works and he is going back to school according to Sony pictures.
The new Spider-man has been cast as Andrew Garfield who was in last years “The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus” and a few episodes of Dr Who. The whole reboot is pretty exciting news and it opens the doors to fix all the previous movie’s mistakes.
Marc Webb (500 Days of summer) has been selected as director with little experience in super hero movie’s he has done a few good movie’s and may be the next Christopher Nolan.
The new reboot is being written by James Vanderbilt who was beind the screen play for the Losers and Zodiac.
Hopefully the team will be able to pull this movie together as it has a release date on July 3rd, 2012.
