Amazing Spiderman Lizard Concept Art

The whole Spider-man reboot came as a bit of a surprise but when fans saw the casting, new costume and videos of the movie being filmed it all came together. It’s going to be an incredibly amazing year for movies and going off this we may have another of the top 5 movies of 2012.

The Lizard was set for the next Spider-man movie way before the reboot was even an idea with the last three movies building up to it. After a good two years of development the concept art for Spider-mans best friend by day and arch nemesis by night The Lizard has been leaked on the net.

From the looks of the concept art I have to admit for a Spider-man villain is Rhys Ifans as the Lizard doesn’t look very menacing and probably not much of a fight for Spider-man. My guess would be we will see another villain in the movie, possibly the Man-Spider as it would give us a new and much darker transformation from Peter Parker to Spider-man.

We should see a lot more concept art if that is the case int he coming months as the movies release date is set for July 2012 which is bang in the middle of the cinematic super hero storm of 2012.
