Mainly for the classic characters from DC and Marvel the mainstream comics section here to celebrate the pioneers of the comic book industry which have survived dozens of incarnations and imminent apocalypses’.

Although the line between indie comics and mainstream comics is fairly thin with so many new comic book publishers coming up at the moment but we hope to give them all a fair looking over.

Soon we will be featuring some reviews of a few real classics from the Dark Knight and Superman.

Sci-fi pulp at it’s best. Richard Starking’s Elephantmen – Dangerous Liaisons is the third collected volume in the series which just goes on getting better.

Ian Churchill’s Marineman

Ian Churchill to me will be best known for his awesome signature drawing style. Marineman has opened up a whole new world for the artist with his own creator owned series.

Sin City Hell and Back

The final chapter in Frank Millers Sin City – Easily one of the best books by the great Frank Miller and a good base for the second movie.

Sin City : The Hard Goodbye

Sin City was one of the most coolest comic book movies made. It all started with The Hard Good Bye from the awesome Frank Miller.
