The toy has a pre order direct from Sideshow Toys for the oh so worth every penny price of $8499.99 + $500 for postage and thats the pre order price if you buy direct. If you see this in a comic shop it will probably be over $10,000.
The life sized toy is made by Beast Kingdom and sold through Sideshow.
