Thor Love and Thunder to star Natalie Portman

Maybe one of the most surprising bits of news from SDCC was that Natalie Portman would be returning for Thor 4, Love and Thunder. Rumours started flying around when she appears at the Endgame premier as most people thought she didn’t like these superhero movies. Looking into it she was always a big supporter of Thor and the Avengers and was just written out as she would have had a small to none existent part in Thor 3.

I’m actually really excited to see her star in Thor 4 especially since she will be playing the Jane Foster Thor that takes on ownership of the hammer. Seeing her and Hemsworth fighting intergalactic baddies sounds like a really fun movie.

At the moment we don’t know what this movie will mean for Marvel Studios, could it be the first of a trilogy of Natalie Portman Thor movies. At this stage who knows but time will tell. It could even be the sign that we could see a Captain America 4.
