Pictures of Megan Fox as April O’Neil on the TMNT set

These are the first pictures of Megan “the” Fox on the set / streets of New York to film the new Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles movie.

In the new Turtles movie Megan Fox plays Channel news reporter April O’Neil. In the cartoons she was a busty redhead in a yellow jump suit but the look as been reinvented for Megan.

It looks like they have tried to stay as loyal as they can to April O’Neils original look by giving her a yellow jacket and a slight tint of red hair.

For a Micael Bay movie he has kept his head down recently when it comes to this movie due to the fan reaction last year when he announced the TMNTs would actually be Aliens. Obviously that would make them anything but teenage, ninja or turtles as those things don’t exist in space as far as we know.

Even with that said the film is looking to be a great reinvention of the original TV series. The old movies will be hard to beat as they were iconic and defined the Turtles in the movies. Maybe that’s why they wanted to take them down the alien route.
