When you think Arkham City couldn’t get any better Rocksteady games is releasing a Game of the Year edition to thank the fans for playing it so hard your thumbs pop out of the socket on a regular basis from frantic button bashing.
Arkham City is arguably the greatest comic book game ever made, it gives fans the experience of being Batman as close as any game could. With no sequel planned it’s going to be one of the most talked about games for the next gachillion years or so up there with Final Fantasy VII and Zelda Ocarina of Time.
The game of the year edition will be released on May 29th and will come with some amazing extras. Where the original release came with the Catwoman DLC this one will come fully loaded with bonus material.
The new extras include The Nightwing and Robin DLC extras along with all the extra challenge maps which to get previously would have cost a few dollar on the X-Box or PS3 Markets.
But thats not all, the game also comes with all the Batman skins including that mega bad ass Batman Beyond skin along with the previously PS3 exclusive Yellow Lantern costume. So that collects all the previously released add-ons and there is still more.
The GOTY edition tops off the extras with a download-able copy of Batman Year one. The animated adaptation of Frank Millers Batman origin story which is still the fan favorite origin story which inspired Batman Begins.
One last and by far not least it comes with a closing chapter in the story. Harley Quinns Revenge. Shes back even badder than before and this time with black hair.
It’s a real mix of news for fans. Although this is the ultimate version and awesome news it will also be the last Rocksteady Batman game as they are moving on the TMNT for the next big project.

Just when we though Arkham City was finished Nintendo have announced a special Armored Edition to be released with the launch of the Wii U.
Rocksteady Studios has released a video which shows how voice actors like Mark Hamill got into character to stat in the game of the year.
youTube has come through again, this time it’s not a bootleg trailer but a kick ass parody of Batman dancing in the street wit a busty Catwoman dancing to Maroon fives moves like Jagger
