Comics Out this week – Wednesday 16th of April 2014
Every now and then you see a comic that makes you want to buy all the back issues just to see how they got there. This week see’s the release of Smallville season 11 Lantern. I loved the TV series and skipped the comic because I didn’t think it could keep up with the series. On the other hand I’ve seen some awesome covers and read some synopsis to make me want to catch up. This issue looks like an perfect jump on point and looks to have an interesting story.
The Green Lantern ring for space sector 2813 was inactive for years after Krypton’s end, until the creation of the Argo colony recalled it to service. As none of Zod’s followers are suitable candidates, the ring’s search brings it to the nearest Kryptonian it can recruit! SMALLVILLE SEASON 11 continues in ‘Lantern’ part 1 of 4!
