Logan heading towards top 100 grossing movies of all time

When Hugh Jackman put on those adamantium claws for the first time I don’t think anyone would have thought he’d make so many movies starring as the Wolverine. He’s owned that character for years to the point fans can’t imagine anyone else playing him. With Logan said to be his last we wonder what the future has for Wolverine.

One thing that is for sure is it’s the most popular Wolverine solo movie yet and looks to be heading into the top 100 list of the biggest worldwide grossing movies of all time.

The only other X-men movie that has done this is X-men Days of Future Past which smashed it’s way in with pulling in over $747 million. Wolverine is still in early days but has just smashed the $500 million mark. To make it into the top 100 it just needs to hit the $658 million mark to push Big Hero 6 off the list which it could easily do in the next week or two.

It’s a shame this could be the last Hugh Jackman Wolverine movie and also could be the last time we see X-23 as I think everyone wants to know what Dafne Keen’s character will do next.

If you haven’t seen the movie yet take a look at our review of Logan to see why it’s got all the hype.
