Comics Out this week – Wednesday 17th of April 2013

This week could break the bank as the comic gods have released numerous epic comics and TPB’s.

Out them all I’m most looking forward to He Man And The Masters Of The Universe #1. DC have done a great job with bringing He-man into the comics over the last year, going off the cover alone this is just how He-Man looked to me as a kid. Bringing Hordak and She-Ra into the first issue just makes it even more epic.

First exciting issue of the new, ongoing adventures of He-Man and the Masters of the Universe!

While the Masters of the Universe mourn the loss of a fallen friend, Hordak infiltrates Eternia!

Featuring the return of She-Ra! Now known as Despara, the most lethal weapon in Hordak’s army, she returns to Eternia as He-Man’s newest enemy!

Another blast from the past comes with IDW’s Popeye Classics (Hard Back) Vol 01. I really miss the cartoon and almost forgot it was a comic at one point, well worth a buy with it containing classics like “That’s What I Yam,” “Ghost Island,” and “Dead Valley”.
